Leadership Staff

Be One uses the Biblical model of plurality in its leadership structure. We beleive there is safety and wisdom in being governed through this plurality. Under the direction of the Ruach Hakodesh (the Holy Spirit) Be One has built in protections, and guidance through the counsel of many. 

Communities of faith in the Bible were organized through elders of tribes and then later local congregations. A group of people would form a council. This ancient model was continued in the Apostolic writings (New Testament), as local fellowships were formed. 

We are have a group of overseers who have a personal relationship with our senior elder and teacher. They are available should the need arise for accountability, discipline. They are also a constant encouragment and help to the community by supporting and loving our senior elder and his family. 

The Servants Coucil

This council meets regularly to provide spiritual council to Rabbi Jeff and Sherri and provide prayer and support for Be One Fellowship. In addition, this council is the first-place concerns within the community are taken, 

The council is made up of men and women and provide a balanced group to help guide our fellowship.  

Head Elder (Senior Rabbi)

Be One is led by a Senior Elder or Rabbi. This person is responsible for the vision, mission and daily function of the ministry. For a discussion on the term Rabbi please see our article "Is it a sin to call a man Rabbi?" 

Finance Council

Be One has a finance council that serves the ministry by assuring compliance with the ministry corporation managment policis and by approving major financial commitments for the ministry.
